Get answers to common questions about Full Leg Sugaring.
Most clients enjoy smooth legs for three to six weeks, depending on hair growth cycle and hormones. Consistent sugaring lengthens intervals over time; touch-ups are available and timing varies per individual.
Yes — sugaring lifts hair from the follicle and removes debris, reducing and helping clear existing ingrowns when performed correctly. Regular treatments and proper exfoliation minimize recurrence, though persistent ingrowns may require additional care or targeted treatments.
Trim or let hair reach about a quarter-inch so sugar can grip; avoid moisturizers or heavy oils on the day. Exfoliate lightly 48 hours prior and arrive clean to ensure best results and minimize irritation.
Many clients report less pain than waxing because sugar paste adheres to hair not skin. Discomfort varies by sensitivity and technician skill; we use calming techniques and post-care to soothe skin for a more comfortable experience.
Ideally hair should be about a quarter inch (about three to five millimeters). Too short won't grip; too long can increase discomfort. If necessary, we can trim briefly during your appointment.
Avoid hot baths, saunas, heavy exercise, and direct sun exposure for 24 to 48 hours. Apply recommended calming products and avoid exfoliation for 48 hours unless advised. Follow technician aftercare to prevent irritation and optimize results.
