Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Extended Brazilian Sugaring.

During your appointment, a trained esthetician removes all hair from the pubic area, butt strip, and inner thighs using warm sugar paste. Sessions take about 35–60 minutes, privacy and comfort are prioritized, and we finish with calming oil and aftercare guidance.

Most clients enjoy smooth, hair-free skin for three to six weeks depending on individual growth cycles, hormones, and care. Regular appointments can extend time between services and gradually reduce hair density for longer-lasting results.

Trim or let hair grow to about a quarter-inch so the sugar can grab effectively. Avoid exfoliating 24 hours prior, skip self-tanning and harsh topical retinoids for several days, and arrive clean and free of heavy lotions.

Sugaring uses simple, natural ingredients and typically irritates less than waxing, making it well-suited for sensitive skin. We recommend a patch test for allergy concerns and informing your technician about any medications, skin conditions, or open wounds.

No—sugaring does not change hair texture genetically. Repeated sugaring can weaken follicles, often producing finer, sparser regrowth over time. Individual results vary, but most clients find hair becomes softer and less noticeable after multiple treatments.

Scheduling depends on your growth cycle; most clients book every four to six weeks. As hair thins with consistent treatments, appointments may be spaced out. Your esthetician will suggest a personalized maintenance plan based on observed regrowth.
